We are confident that you will find what you searched for when you receive our products. However, since your highest satisfaction is our first priority, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied and want to return your purchase, we would be happy to assist you. Depending on what is applicable by the following regulations, we can either refund the full amount of the product or provide you with an exchange product.
In case you are not fully satisfied with our products – for any reason – you can return them within 30 days from receipt.
Please note: Revocation (and return) is only possible for sealed and unopened/unused products.
For hygiene and health protection reasons we cannot accept products which have been either opened or partially used. The product you return must be in the same condition that you received and must also be in its original unopened packaging. You must pay for any depreciation of the products only if this depreciation can be attributed to any handling with you that was not necessary for checking the condition, features and functionality of the products. We can take no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit, so we advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to make certain that your parcel is safely received by us. You will have to bear the direct costs associated to returning the products.
In case the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery, take a photo of the damaged items and notify us upon delivery so that a damage claim can be started.
Gift cards are not eligible for return.

Revocation Right (Consumers)
Please note: A “consumer” is considered any natural person whose legal transactions to an overwhelming majority, cannot be attributed to either commercial or independent professional activities.
You have the right to revoke your purchase within 30 days without specifying any reasons.
The 30-day revocation period has effect from the day, on which you or any other third party which was selected by you, which is not the carrier, has taken possession of the shipped products, given you had ordered one or more products in the context of a standard purchase order and the product(s) is/are delivered;
The 30-day revocation period has effect from the day on which you or any other third party selected by you, which is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last product, given you had ordered multiple products in the context of a standard purchase and these products are shipped/delivered separately;

Please use the revocation form below, which however is not mandatory.
For safeguarding the revocation period, it is enough to send a notification about exercising your revocation right before the expiration of the defined revocation period.
In case you are revoking your purchase, we shall repay all payments we have received from you. This includes also delivery costs (however, additional costs, which arise from having chosen a delivery form other than the standard delivery are to be discounted from the refund). The repayment will happen immediately and at the latest within 14 days after the date on which we have received the information about your revocation. For the repayment we will use the same payment method which you have used for your purchase - unless agreed differently. There are no fees due for such a repayment we will charge you.
We have the right to refuse all repayments until the products are returned to us or until you have provided an evidence which proves that you have sent the products back to us.
The products have to be shipped back to our logistics partner (DWP Webhändler GmbH,
c/o Naturaw, Erich-Weinert-Ring 28, 39317 Güsen, Germany) immediately and, in any case, at the latest within 14 days with effect from the date on which you informed us about the revocation of your purchase.
You have to pay for the direct costs associated to returning the products. Also you have to pay for any devaluation of any product only if this devaluation can be attributed to your handling of the product(s) which was not needed for purely checking functionality, conditions and features of our products.
Exclusion or expiry criteria
The revocation right is not applicable for contracts for products that can spoil fast or which’s use-by date is expiring quickly. Please note: Gift cards are not eligible for return.
The revocation right expires prematurely in case of contracts for delivery of a) sealed products, that are not appropriate for return due to hygiene or health protection - if the seal has been removed after the delivery; b) products which were mixed with other goods after delivery, devaluating to their condition;
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We use the same means of payment, which you had originally used during the original transaction, for this repayment unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees owing to this repayment.
